Calculator inputs stay in your browser. We do not send or store your workshop measurements or RPE answers. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting providers may process request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.
Contact messages
When enabled, our form collects your name, email, optional subject and message to answer your enquiry, on the basis of legitimate interests in managing correspondence. Cloudflare processes form requests and anti-abuse verification; the shared mailer sends accepted messages to our inbox. Please do not include health records or other sensitive information.
We intend to retain ordinary enquiries for up to 12 months, unless required for an ongoing issue or legal obligation. Emailing us directly uses your email provider and our inbox provider. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or objection; rights depend on the circumstances. You can raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office.
